The short version
CedarOS AI collects information you provide to operate the platform and deliver your morning intelligence brief. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with competitors. We do not use your data for advertising. Your business intelligence is private and belongs to you.
Plain English: We collect what we need to run your intelligences and deliver your report. Nothing else. We make money from your subscription — not from selling your information.
What we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you provide: Business name, email address, industry, financial profile, vendor information, and compliance data you enter into the platform.
- Information in your reports: Findings, savings identified, grants matched, and compliance items tracked — all associated with your account.
- Usage information: How you interact with the platform — pages visited, reports opened, actions taken. Used only to improve your experience.
We do not collect payment card information directly. Payments are processed by Stripe, which maintains its own privacy and security standards.
How we use your data
- To operate your intelligence stack and generate your morning intelligence brief
- To deliver your report by email, SMS, and portal
- To track your compliance calendar and send advance alerts
- To operate the EARN division on your behalf
- To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
- To improve the platform and intelligence over time
What we never do
We never sell your data to any third party for any reason.
We never share your intelligence with competitors or other clients on the platform.
We never use your data for advertising — ours or anyone else's.
We never act on your behalf without your explicit instruction. Our intelligence identifies and reports. You execute.
Data security
All data transmitted to and from CedarOS AI is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption. Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest. Access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel only and only for the purpose of operating the platform.
We use industry-standard security practices including regular security reviews, access controls, and monitoring. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you promptly as required by applicable law.
Your intelligence is yours
The findings in your morning report — savings identified, grants found, compliance items tracked, market intelligence gathered — are your private business intelligence. This information is associated with your account only and is never visible to other clients, competitors, or third parties.
CedarOS AI does not use individual client findings to benefit other clients. Your intelligence results are yours.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

Agreement overview
By creating an account with CedarOS AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the CedarOS AI platform, including all intelligence system services, morning intelligence briefs, EARN division services, and client portal access.
CedarOS AI LLC is incorporated in Washington State. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate business information to receive relevant intelligence
- Accounts are for business use — one account per business entity
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business to these terms
Platform use
CedarOS AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or white-label the platform without an Enterprise agreement.
- Use the platform only for lawful business intelligence purposes
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the intelligence system
- Do not share your account credentials with third parties
- Do not use the platform to collect intelligence on competitors for purposes beyond your own business decisions
Intelligence standard
CedarOS AI makes every effort to deliver accurate, current, and actionable intelligence. However, market conditions change, prices fluctuate, and grant programs open and close. We do not guarantee that every finding in your morning report will remain current by the time you act on it.
Important: CedarOS AI identifies and reports. You verify and execute. We are not a financial advisor, legal advisor, or compliance service. Always verify findings before acting.
Payment & billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
- Free trial: 14 days, no credit card required
- After trial: Monthly subscription begins, cancel anytime
- No refunds for partial months — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- EARN division fees are invoiced separately upon documented savings or revenue events
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access through the end of your paid period.
Limitation of liability
CedarOS AI's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not liable for any business decisions made based on intelligence in your morning report. You are responsible for verifying findings and making your own business decisions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Grays Harbor County, Washington, or through binding arbitration at our election.
EARN division overview
The EARN program is CedarOS AI performance-based service. Fees are only charged when documented value is found and confirmed by the client.
The rule: If EARN systems find nothing, you pay nothing. EARN fees are always contingent on documented, confirmed value delivered to the client.
Model 1 — Savings share (20%)
When EARN systems identify documented savings — lower vendor pricing, better insurance rates, cheaper suppliers, reduced freight costs — and the client acts on the finding, CedarOS AI earns 20% of the first year of documented annual savings.
- Savings must be documented with before and after pricing
- Client must confirm the switch was made
- Fee is 20% of first-year savings only — not recurring
- Client retains 80% of documented savings permanently
Model 2 — Revenue discovery (15%)
When EARN systems identify and document new revenue — unclaimed grants received, tax credits applied, new contracts won through intelligence — CedarOS AI earns 15% of the documented revenue received by the client.
- Revenue must be received and confirmed by the client
- Applies to grants, tax credits, and new revenue directly attributable to EARN intelligence
- Client retains 85% of all discovered revenue
- Fee is invoiced upon confirmation of receipt
Model 3 — Finder fees
When EARN systems identify and introduce qualified business relationships — suppliers, customers, partners — and a documented business agreement results, CedarOS AI earns a finder fee as agreed in a separate written agreement prior to the introduction.

- Fee payable only upon execution of a binding business agreement
- All finder fee agreements are documented and countersigned
The client always executes
Non-negotiable rule: EARN systems identify and report. The client always decides whether to act. CedarOS AI never contacts your vendors, partners, or counterparties without your explicit written instruction. Every action is yours.
EARN fees are never charged for intelligence that the client chooses not to act on. You are never obligated to act on any EARN finding.
Payment terms
EARN fees are invoiced separately from your monthly subscription. Invoices are issued upon documented confirmation of the savings or revenue event. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. All EARN fee agreements are documented in writing and available in your client portal.
